I began my career as a full time Bay Area real estate professional in 2002. I have several years of experience working with buyers, as well as with real estate investors. I am a licensed real estate broker and a short sale specialist with decades of experience with REO Asset Managers doing BPOs, successfully negotiating bank owned and short sale real estate transactions in favor of home owners.
For several years I have worked with all types of sellers. I assisted distressed home owners in avoiding foreclosure and successfully marketed, negotiated and sold their homes through a short sale. I also love working with typical home sellers - selling all types of homes - elegant estates, single family homes, urban lofts and condos for top dollar!
My other passion is working with first time home buyers - Assisting them in finding the right home that matches their needs, at an affordable price.

Prior to my real estate career, I worked in the accounting field in several industries such as in Architecture, Construction, Engineering and Manufacturing. I have also worked for sometime as a financial officer and assisted several home borrowers with their home purchase or refinancing their home loans. My years of experience in the accounting, financing and real estate industries have always been an invaluable asset to my clients in assisting them in making an informed decision when buying a property, as well as, getting the best price when selling their home.
Our company, Avant Properties focuses on Residential and Investment Real Estate, covering the areas of San Mateo, Alameda, Contra Costa, San Jose, Marin, Napa, Solano, Sonoma, San Joaquin Valley and San Francisco counties. We have a wide coverage of home listings, throughout the Bay Area! (Also servicing Burbank, Glendale, Eagle Rock and Pasadena areas).
